At Glance we are a team; we laugh together, learn together, grow together, travel together and work hard together! We are a team based salon that offers all hair, lash, facial, waxing, and nail services.
Before you apply, here are some things to keep in mind:
Starting out you will be required to work some week nights and a couple Saturdays a month. This decreases the longer you are with our company!
We are located in the heart of downtown Bismarck at 407 N 4th Street. You will find us by an amazing eatery and arcade (Craftcade) and MOJO/Big Rig Radio station! Look for the lovely art mural on the north side of our building.

No, prior experience is not necessary. We pride ourselves in our internal training program that allows stylists to learn and grow here while getting paid!

To apply, we require a resume to be submitted. If selected to continue, there is a 5 step interviewing process including a salon visit and shadow, two interviews and a technical interview.
This might sound scary, but it's not at all! We believe it is incredibly important to make sure that the potential new team member feels comfortable at Glance and will thrive in our culture! -
Your start date is dependent on the time of year and current need our team. We are selective when bringing on a new team member so the stylist will be happy with the amount of clients. We also make sure our team is ready to educate and guide you the best we can!
