Fall 2023 PHOTOSHOOT!
At Glance, we are creatives. Artists. Innovators. We like to express ourselves, have fun, think outside of the box, and work on projects together. One way we are able to do all of that is by having a
PHOTOSHOOT!
For this photoshoot we collaborated with a teammate to create a look that represents one of the following four categories: boho, romantic, fun, or edgy and also followed one of the following hair colors: redhead, brunette, blonde, and fashion shade. We drew out of a hat to see what category we were going to prepare our model for and got right to work!
It was a day of coffee, fun, and really great hair and makeup!
We did all the coloring, cutting, styling, and makeup. We even had a guest stylist in the house for the day to assist us with our looks! It was an honor to have Hai Tran, who is an educator, for Lanza with us!
Huge shout out to the man behind the camera who made all these beautiful images come to life- Bryan Hempstead! This was our first time working with him and we loved every minute of it! From the pre-planning meeting at a local coffee shop to discuss the vision of the shoot and create a timeline, to the great communication, to the fun and authentic energy that he brought to the salon on shoot day. We are thrilled with all the candid and posed shots he got. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our team looks forward to working with him again in the future! Boho Blonde

Cassy is so naturally beautiful! It was so fun to be able to enhance her hair with bright blonde pops of color and give her some longer loose layers to add body and fullness to her look. We styled her with extra texture for a more relaxed feel!
Edgy Redhead

Denise pulls off the “tough” look so well - but if you know her you know she’s the sweetest person around! It was great to be able to transition her natural hair into this vibrant red and style her in a fauxhawk for that added edginess!
Fun Fashion Shade

Laurens personality is suited perfectly for this fun and bold hair color! We did a block color placement to make the fashion shade even more vibrant and loud. We triple barreled her for that fun and messy texture that suites her style perfectly!
Romantic Blonde

Olivia is so sweet it was fun to transform her into a blonde bombshell with a touch of pink underneath for that added fun surprise. She was styled with looser Hollywood waves to get that soft and romantic vibe that we were going for.
Carefree Brunette

There was no shortage of laughter and silliness while working with Ashley! Her photos capture her personality perfectly. Her already brunette hair was freshend up to be a deep and rich color with some hand-painted dimensional pieces really made the dark and bold color pop.
