Get to know: Chloe Senn
Chloe is celebrating TWO years at Glance this year. We are so lucky to have this bubbly, fun, and upbeat woman be a part of our team! Today we celebrate Chloe and her journey in the beauty industry to get her to where she is today; and maybe we will just learn a new thing or two about this sweet and confident team member along the way!
When Chloe is not at the salon she is cuddling up with her cats or staying busy making updates around her house she just bought!

Chloe, you wanted to be a Doctor when you grew up, how did you get started in this industry?
“I started in the beauty industry after a failed attempted of going to school to be a nurse. My freshman year of college was covid, so everything got very difficult! So I moved back home to be with my family. I worked at a vet for a very short time before I decided to move back to Bismarck and pursue in cosmetology. My first day at school my soul was filled with joy and I knew that I picked the right career.”

“My most memorable client is Bob. When I was in hair school he was a regular there. I went up and asked him if I could do his hair and ever since that moment he has been coming to me. He has truly become someone that has a very special place in my heart. He is like my grandpa.” -Chloe
Chloe’s favorite part of working in a team salon is that her team always has her back and is willing to lend her a helping hand. She loves all the close relationships that she has formed with her teammates. Shes grateful that she has received so much education in such a short period of time. She loved attending the Lanza B.I.G. Event in Las Vegas and has loved all the classes that the salon has had with Strategies to continue to grow herself personally and professionally!
Chloe provides all hair services at Glance and loves to do cuts and colors that make people feel good about themselves. Blonding is her favorite thing! She also enjoys makeup and planning fun team events. She is currently in training for extensions, and she cannot wait to be able to provide this transformative service to our guests!
Chloe is part of the social media team at the salon. She brings fresh new ideas to the company on the daily and we love her creativity, initiative, and hard work ethic. The sky is the limit for this passionate and well rounded stylist - she sees herself growing into an educator role in the future and we know she will continue to do amazing things!
