Get to know: Brittany Helfrich
Brittany is celebrating TWELVE years at Glance this year. We love having this strong, creative, and hardworking woman be a part of our team! Today we celebrate Brittany and her journey in the beauty industry to get her to where she is today; and maybe we will just learn a new thing or two about this organized girl mom!
Brittany is an original Glance Girl. She will be celebrating 15 years at Glance in February of 2022. She was already employed at Glance when Andrea took ownership 12 years ago. Brittany is a true reflection of a dedicated beauty professional and we are so happy she decided to continue on this incredible journey at Glance with Andrea.

Brittany grew up in Mandan and is happily married to Tyler! They have been married nine years and have two beautiful daughters together; Paysen (8) and Sutten (5). Brittany puts her kids before anything else and she loves the role of “mom”. From coaching soccer, to running around to dance competitions, to taking family trips, she loves this season of life. Brittany and Tyler love camping, boating, and spending time as a family.
Brittany, who do you look up to most in your life?
“My husband. He is always there whenever we need him and he will go above and beyond to get things done. He is also very smart and literally has an answer for everything!”
Brittany, you are one of the special ones that always knew that they wanted to be a hairstylist - that is so awesome that you followed your childhood dreams!
“I only played with Barbies as a kid because I wanted to do their hair. I also had one of those larger Barbie styling heads and I would spend hours combing and doing her hair!”
Brittany attended the Hair Academy in Bismarck in 2007.
Brittany does all hair services, nail services, makeup, and provides some skin care services. She loves doing blondes and foil work. Brittany is the salon organization queen. She creates systems to help the salon stay organized and for day to day tasks to be easier and more streamlined. Brittany handles the inventory and ordering for the salon and makes sure everyone has everything they need to preform their job! Brittany might not always be out as the center of attention but she works tirelessly behind the scenes to make Glance, Glance.

Brittany has been able to travel the world to continue her education. She has attended Goldwell Color Zoom in Stockholm Sweden along with various classes around the United States including LA and Connecticut.
Brittany also worked behind stage at Miss America doing hair and makeup.

1) She keeps it pretty classic at Starbucks with a caramel macchiato or a strawberry refresher with no strawberries!
2) She is a country music lover and is looking forward to seeing Shania Twain in Vegas in Feb 2022!
3) She keeps her kindle next to her bed and reads every night. Right now she is into Colleen Hoover.
4) Brittany has been to London and Paris and has also taken her girlies to Disney World. How awesome!
5) Her must have beauty item is her eyeliner!
